  • Corporate Offices and Distribution Center Management:
     o   8 weeks of maternity leave at 60%-100% pay depending on your tenure. Family and Medical Leave (FMLA) can be used to extend your time away to 12 weeks.
     o   Parental Bonding Leave for full-time Associates (men and women) provides up to four weeks off (two paid and two unpaid) in connection with a birth, adoption, or placement of a foster child.
     o   $2,500 in reimbursement for qualified adoption expenses
  • Retail Full Time Management and Associates:
     o  6-8 weeks of maternity leave at 60%-100% pay depending on your tenure. Family and Medical Leave (FMLA) can be used to extend your time away to 12 weeks.
     o  $2,500 in reimbursement for qualified adoption expenses
  • Distribution Center Full Time Non-Management, Allen Edmonds Full Time Manufacturing, and Allen Edmonds Retail Full Time Management and Associates:
     o  16 weeks of maternity leave at $385/week
     o  $2,500 in reimbursement for qualified adoption expenses
