  • Full Time Salaried Corporate, Distribution Centers, and Retail Store Managers: We offer a generous 401(k) plan (age 21+) with an automatic core contribution of 1.5% of your salary, plus a 50% match on the first 6% of your personal contributions. In addition, based on the company’s performance each year, a discretionary profit-sharing contribution of up to 2% of your eligible pay may be made. In all, that could add up to 6.5% of your salary contributed to your 401(k) by your company! Company contributions are vested after three years of service.
  • All Hourly Associates: Beginning at age 21 with 12 months and 1,000 hours of service, hourly Associates participate in a pension plan that earns $40/month (up to 30 years) toward retirement.
