Willis Hill

Willis provides leadership across all technology platforms, with responsibility for developing and implementing the Information Technology (IT) strategy for the company’s wholesale, retail, ecommerce, and corporate teams, as well as maintaining the reliability, security, and compliance of the infrastructure that supports the collective Caleres organization.

He also leads the digital business acceleration team charged with leading the company’s digital efforts to meet the evolving needs of the consumer. This team drives the strategy and execution of Caleres’ ecommerce businesses and continuously cultivates emerging skills and competencies within the digital organization. He joined Caleres in 2008 and has led the development and delivery of multiple technical and business strategies as well as large scale system implementations. Prior to joining Caleres, Willis held various leadership positions for multi-billion dollar department store retailers May Department Stores and Kohl's. His career spans more than 25 years in retail technology.

Willis supports the American Cancer Society, Barnes Jewish Hospital, Feed My People, Gateway Arch Park Foundation, Make-a-Wish Foundation of America, Wounded Warrior Project, and the United Way of Greater St. Louis.
