Fraudulent Recruiting Statement

We have been made aware of candidates contacted by individuals impersonating Caleres recruiters or employees who request candidate personal information or monetary funds throughout the recruitment process or upon receiving an offer.

If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by a Caleres recruiter or hiring manager with a @caleres.com email directly from our organization. Be wary of look-a-like or misspelled email domain names.

Caleres does not conduct interviews outside of phone, Microsoft Teams, or in-person. At no point during our recruiting process will anyone be asked to send or receive funds to purchase equipment, nor do we ask any personal or confidential information outside of an application through our Caleres portal.

If you suspect you have been the victim of a recruiting related fraud, immediately contact your financial institution. If you shared personal information, then file a complaint with your local authorities.
