There are truly wonderful and talented people working at Caleres. Every day I get to collaborate with an incredible team toward a common goal that we're all immensely passionate about. Getting to wear shoes you've designed yourself is pretty neat, too!

I’m honored with the responsibility of authoring the visual vocabulary of such a pinnacle brand as Allen Edmonds and am so proud of the team I work with. I'm passionate about awakening their potential and watching them grow into something greater than they ever imagined for themselves. I've found many wonderful mentors in my journey at Caleres. Each one has inspired me to be a better marketer and a better human being. If you are a sponge for knowledge, as I am, Caleres has a wealth of both street smarts and industry expertise that can be tapped into – all it takes is curiosity and tenacity. IT OPERATIONS & ARCHITECTURE

I've been with Caleres for 24 years. I started out in the Shipping Department at a Distribution Center in my hometown right out of high school loading trailers. I worked there for a few years while figuring out what I wanted to be when I grew up. I decided to give IT a try and started going to school while still working at the DC. Eventually, a position opened up at our corporate HQ for a night shift computer operator in the IT Operations dept. The #1 reason why I have never left is the people. It may be cliché but we really have a family feel and we know we're all in it together working to do great things. The fact that I have been able to move up through the company like I have is a testament to how great we are at fostering and nurturing our talent.
